The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased NOT PERSONALIZED in its entirety and integrity.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal lapses if the goods are damaged for reasons other than its transport or in the absence of essential elements of the product.

We remind you that for personalized goods the right of withdrawal must be considered excluded.
