Returns and Exchanges

To make the return, in the event that the purchased good is not personalized, the Customer must send a notice of withdrawal via email to the addressinfo@qgbags.it.

We remember that:

  • It is advisable to place the product in a second box indicating the wording "Right of Withdrawal" and avoiding labels on the original packaging.
  • The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer acquires the product.
  • Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
  • In the case of items purchased with free shipping, the costs incurred by QGbags for shipping will still be retained following the return.
  • QGbags reserves the right to reimburse the Customer for the sums paid in the purchase of the returned product only once the return has been received.

To make a replacement, once the return has been shipped and the refund has been received from QGbags, the Customer can proceed with another order which will be understood as a new order.
