Shipments

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are adequately highlighted and detailed in the Purchase Order and in the subsequent Order Confirmation.

The delivery of the products purchased on QGbags takes place within 10 working days from the order in Italy and within 15 working days for all other destinations in the European Union.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays; the carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends.
