Information and Consent to data processing pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016

We inform you that the personal data that you provide to us will be processed both with automated tools and in any case not in compliance with the provisions, also in terms of data security, of the EU Regulation. 679/2016 for the purpose of carrying out the tasks entrusted to us, as explained in the contract currently in force or/and for the purpose of providing you with the information requested by you and/or to fulfill specific legal obligations of the data controller. The provision of data is optional but your refusal will prevent us from continuing with the execution of the contract in progress or from fulfilling your specific requests.

Specifically, your data are linked to our specific activity of "Marketing of QGbags branded products" and concern the normal activity of relations with customers/suppliers or potential ones; no massive marketing activity is envisaged, except for specific and specific consent.

The storage of data (which in any case and in no case can be more than 10 years from the last treatment/update) is linked to the existence of a supply of goods/services, to legal obligations or to the needs of specific treatments of which you are a part , it is your right to request the deletion of data when the same right is not in conflict with legal obligations.

Your data will be communicated to the representatives of the writer necessary for the performance of the assigned tasks, to banks or credit institutions for the processing and collection of the fees, to public institutions or bodies in relation to the assigned tasks and to legal regulations/obligations, to control bodies and public safety if requested, to any third parties only as a result of their use for the performance of the tasks entrusted to us.

You have the right to obtain from the owner the cancellation, limitation, updating, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you as well as in general or rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 , 21 and 22 of the U.E. Regulation 679/2016.

The transfer of your data abroad by the writer is not envisaged, but any third parties involved in the processing could make use of this possibility.
